Since 2015 we have been tuning motorbikes through our sister company MOTOPOWER1.
Specialists in Suzuki models, we can flash almost any bike with our passion being R type.
Our ECU flashes are designed to provide a better power band across the rev range and give you a greater driving experience overall. We also provide a whole host of other services to guarantee you get the full potential out of your bike!

benefits & Features of a remap
increased power & Torque
ECU mapping is the process of enhancing your engine so it performs more efficiently. The results are more torque and power than the original factory manufacturer provides. An ECU flash can increase the horsepower to the upper limits of your engine’s capabilities by allowing more powerful combustion with a higher fuel-to-air ratio. This allows your bike to safely perform at its fullest potential!
improved Fuel Efficiency and Economy
The right map can improve fuel efficiency and enhance fuel economy. By manipulating specific values and making several small tweaks such as changing the balance of air to fuel in the combustion chambers, we can make fuel go even further, to give you more bang for your buck!

An ECU tune is recognised for its benefits to speed, power, and performance but when done correctly, a remap can improve the overall performance of your engine. Reprogramming the 'brain' of the bike improves the general functionality of the car providing a smoother driving experience in terms of road handling, cornering, smoothing out acceleration, and more.
how does it work?
INSPECTION - VISUAL & MECHANICAL
Before connecting our tuning software, we will always do a visual and mechanical check of the vehicle. We will check for any obvious signs of damage or alarming noises coming from the vehicle that may hinder us from being able to perform a tune.
READING & REMOVING THE ORIGINAL ECU FILE
Using our tuning software, we read and remove the original ECU before sending it off to our headquarters be modified and reprogrammed.
SECOND DIAGNOSTIC SCAN
Once the tuned file has been uploaded into the vehicle's computer, we run a second diagnostic scan. This is to ensure that everything has been installed, and updated correctly, and that there are no faults or error codes showing following the installation of the new ECU file.
DIAGNOSTIC SCAN
We will connect our software to the vehicle's computer to check for any faults or error codes that may stop us from being able to perform the tune.
We will then log and save the file, informing you of any current or past errors or faults, and advise the best performance benefits for your vehicle.
UPLOADING YOUR NEW ECU FILE
We upload and install the data of the tuned file. This will update the bike's software with the new data improving power, speed, and overall performance of the engine.
TEST DRIVE
The last, and most exciting step in the process, is to test drive the bike! We will always ask the client to perform a test drive to ensure the bike handles as expected and that they are satisfied with the results.
THE METHOD USED TO MODIFY YOUR bike'S 'BRAIN'

A 'bench flash 'is the method used to perform the ECU tune. During this process, the ECU is removed from the bike. It is wired into our software where we can read all the current data on the ECU. Before making any modifications, we will make a backup. This is for safety precautions, and to provide a guarantee to the client that we can always reverse the process and put their bike 'back to stock', if they ever wish to do so. Once modified, we will then install the newly tuned file back into the bike, start the bike up and run a final diagnostic scan. The client will always be asked to go for a test drive to ensure they are happy with the tune, and that the bike is performing as expected.
On Dynamometer we use the most advanced data acquisition to adjust the fuel cell tables one by one to match te target. State of the art knock detection to be able to adjust the timing advance to a safe maximum to further increase power, this method takes quiet some time but it is guaranteed the best way to have a tailored result.

DERESTRICTION
This modification will remove the factory limitations where the ignition and fuel is limited leading to a decrease in power in some areas. This is quite common in Kawasaki, Yamaha, and Suzuki engines. Other models also have certain types of restrictions we can derestrict.
STAGE 1
Stage 1 is designed for bikes with aftermarket exhausts, decat, and high-flow filters. In this instance, we recommend adjusting the engine management to give you the best possible performance with your current set up.
RACE FLASH
With this flash, we heavily modify the mapping to provide you with a map similar to that used by racing teams. We take many of the values to the limit to give you maximum power and potential. Please note some values will be narrowed down to maintain compatibility with standard fuels.
RACE PACKET
This is the full 'race packet' kit. Applicable to most bikes. It includes quick-shifter, blipper function, launch control, pit lane, and warm-up sequence as standard (depending on the model). Please note that this kit this is purely for racing or the hard sport rider. The ECU engine management tune is also included.

We can turbo charge, or compressor charge many models and provide a tune to go with it. Please keep in mind this type of transformation will need a full engine build and long-term high maintenance if you decide to go from a naturally aspirated engine to a boosted one!
